About the CISE Youth Wing
The CISE Youth Wing, an initiative of the Council of Indian Societies of Edmonton (CISE), unites high school and university students to foster engagement within the Indo-Canadian and South Asian communities. Guided by Puneet Manchanda, President of CISE, and Sasidevi Caster, Youth Wing Coordinator, this platform empowers youth through cultural pride, community service, and leadership development. By hosting workshops, volunteer projects, and cultural events, the Youth Wing inspires young individuals to contribute meaningfully to their communities while embracing their heritage.
Our Mission
We empower the youth of the South-East Asian community in Canada by providing tools, opportunities, and mentorship to grow as leaders, cultural advocates, and active contributors to society. Emphasizing leadership, cultural pride, and personal growth, we ensure a vibrant, inclusive future for our communities.
