The CISE hosts an Indian consular camp for Life certification attestation only. Officers from the India Consulate Vancouver come to Edmonton, and do the attestation. It is typically held on a Sunday in November. Note that is is only for Life certificate attestations. For regular visa services, follow the normal Indian visa application procedures.
